Items must be returned in their original condition, including all original packaging, gift boxes, pouches, and any accessories exactly as they were received. If the original packaging is missing or returned damaged, a £5 packaging fee will be deducted from your refund to cover replacement costs.

Return shipping labels and any associated postage costs must be arranged and paid for by the customer.

Refunds are processed within seven working days of receiving your item, net of any bank processing fees.
