Warranty
What does your warranty cover?
The warranty covers all items bought directly from Jooelri London and applies to material or manufacturing defects that occur under normal use during the warranty period.
In rare cases where we offer a replacement as a gesture of goodwill and the issue is not due to a manufacturing defect or an error on our part, shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.
The warranty does not cover
-General wear and tear.
-Improper handling or lack of care.
-Scratches, broken parts, or chips on the jewellery.
- Damages caused by repairs, or adjustments carried out by a third party.
The warranty period
The warranty period for Jooelri London is two years from the date of purchase.
Within the warranty period, if the item is proven to be defective in material or manufacturing under normal use, Jooelri London will provide a like for like replacement.
How to make a warranty claim
Please contact us via email with your order number to identify the issue and determine the most appropriate solution.
You will be asked to provide proof of purchase, along with a few photos and a short video of the jewellery that requires replacement.
Please note, the warranty is invalid without a valid proof of purchase.
